Our partnerships team will review your profile, schedule a conversation to understand your network and focus areas, and — if there is a strong mutual fit — invite you to onboard as a Truven Energy Channel Partner. Onboarding includes signing a clear, fair Channel Partner Agreement that specifies your success fee structure, the project categories covered, the process for registering leads, and the terms of our working relationship.
Step 02 — Register Your Leads
When you identify an opportunity, register it with our partnerships team through a simple, documented lead registration process. Lead registration protects your position on every opportunity you bring — ensuring that your role in originating the opportunity is formally recorded and your success fee entitlement is protected from the moment the lead is registered.
Step 03 — We Support You Through the Sales Process
From lead registration to project award, our technical and commercial team supports you at every stage — with site assessments, financial models, proposals, presentations, and client engagement support. You manage the client relationship. We provide the technical and commercial firepower behind it.
Step 04 — Project Awarded — You Earn Your Success Fee
When a project is awarded to Truven Energy from your registered lead, your success fee is calculated in accordance with your Channel Partner Agreement — transparently, accurately, and without ambiguity. Payment is made at the agreed project milestone — promptly and without unnecessary process.

Truven Energy delivers the project to the highest standards of technical excellence, transparency, and client satisfaction — protecting and enhancing your reputation with the clients you have introduced.
